Migration Methodology Profile Stage (1 day effort of Sr. BI Consultant) - To build a statement of work and to see the level of effort, Pragmatic Works will profile your DTS packages to determine what types of packages you have in your environment. Deliverables from this stage include: DTS Profile Report - Shows the distribution of your what types of tasks and providers you're using and the amount of hours and cost to convert. Statement of Work - A small agreement between Pragmatic Works and your company that outlines the estimate of hours for the migration and is required to move forward to the next stage. Migration Stage (variable level of effort) - We use DTS xChange to migrate the packages for you and we test and complete the migration of the packages that may not have been appropriate in SSIS such as ActiveX Script Tasks.
